As a fee-only financial planning firm, we serve our clients in a fiduciary capacity – acting in their best interest at all times.

Our only source of compensation is derived from our clients directly. We do not accept commissions of any kind.  As such, we work in partnership with our clients to help them make sound financial decisions and achieve their long-term financial goals.

Introductory Financial Planning Arrangement:

Introductory Financial Planning arrangements are engagements that generally lasts 4 to 6 weeks and address a specific set of financial issues.  Fees are quoted on a per project basis and generally cost in the $2,500 to $5,000 range.

Ongoing Financial Planning Retainer Arrangement:

Fees are quoted to clients upfront, fixed for one year and are based on the complexity and scope of each client’s situation.  Annual fees for retainer arrangements are generally in the $2,500 to $7,000 range.

Retainer arrangements can address the same issues as introductory planning engagements, but the service and fees are spread over the course of one year.  The cost of the second (or subsequent) years of an ongoing retainer arrangement will vary, but are normally less than the first year.

Investment Management:

Fees for Investment Management are based on the value of the portfolio being managed.  They can range from 0.5% to 1.0% of the size of a portfolio annually.  There is a minimum fee of $625 per quarter for investment management.

Managed portfolios that are greater than $1,000,000 in value, generally revert to the Net Worth Management fee schedule.

Net Worth Management:

Fees for our Net Worth Management service consist of two components as follows:

• An annual retainer fee that covers all financial planning and tax-related services; and
• An annual investment management fee of 0.5% of the value of your portfolio.

The retainer portion of the fee is quoted upfront and fixed for one year.  The minimum combined quarterly fee for Net Worth Management services is $625.
