One Time Services

Each client receives a personal financial plan that is customized to their unique situation. Once all the data is gathered, the plan is presented along with a customized list of action items. Not only do clients receive an overall look at where they are, but also an actionable list to move them toward their financial goals.

We consider the personal financial plan to be a comprehensive overview. Because we are not selling products, we are free to give advice and answer questions on all types of issues including:
  • Retirement Feasibility Analysis. Am I saving enough for retirement? Should I fund an IRA or a Roth IRA? How much should I contribute to my employer retirement plan? Can I afford my current lifestyle in retirement? At what age can I retire?

  • Cash Flow & Debt Analysis. Are there areas where I need to reduce my spending? Can I afford to save more or should I redirect my savings to more efficient savings alternatives? What debts should I pay down first? Should I refinance my loan?

  • Assisted Living/Independent Living Feasibility Analysis. Can I afford to move into an assisted living facility? Should I purchase long term care insurance? What type of facility best meets my needs?
